Backend Python Django GraphQL Developer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a growth mindset and ability to take over tasks and lead them to success.
The successful candidate will build an elegant GraphQL API of our analytical platform and implement clean code best practices to deliver excellent product.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and implementing efficient and testable server-side code and logic.
- Designing and managing database schemas in Django, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and performant.
- Building and maintaining secure, efficient, and reusable APIs for communication between the server and client-side.
- Integrating front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, ensuring system consistency.
- Analyzing and optimizing application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensuring data privacy and implementing security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access.
- Working closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to meet project objectives.
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests, and participating in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshooting application issues and solving complex technical problems as they arise.
- Using version control systems such as Git to manage codebase and collaborate with other team members.
- Regularly updating applications with new features or bug fixes and performing routine application maintenance tasks.
- Creating software documentation, including API documentation, to guide future software development projects.
